bdk8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdk8 ("the Company", "we", "us") in respect of your use of the bdk8 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bdk8.app and any associated mobile browser interface. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on bdk8.app, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 1. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account at bdk8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. bdk8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing at bdk8 under any circumstances.
2. You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Registering or playing on behalf of another person or as an agent or representative of a third party is not permitted.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services, whether imposed by bdk8 or any other platform or authority.

bdk8 complies with its obligations to prevent underage gambling. Any account suspected of being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method where technically possible.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdk8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk8 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

1. Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place wagers, harvest information, or manipulate game outcomes on the bdk8 platform.
2. Colluding with other players, coordinating wagers across multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets offered on bdk8.
3. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, or any financial crime. bdk8 has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with competent authorities in the investigation of any suspected financial crimes.
4. Attempting to exploit or take advantage of any technical error, software glitch, or system vulnerability on the bdk8 platform. Any winnings resulting from an exploit or technical error will be void.
5. Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to access or operate your account. This includes permitting a family member, friend, or any third party to use your registered login credentials.

bdk8 monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account(s), voiding of all associated balances and wagers, permanent account closure, and notification of relevant authorities. bdk8 is not obliged to provide advance notice before taking any of these steps.

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

bdk8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdk8 excludes all warranties, conditions, representations, or terms, whether express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it. bdk8 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. In the event of a platform outage or technical error affecting the outcome of a wager, bdk8 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant player accounts.

In no event shall bdk8, its directors, employees, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bdk8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, bdk8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
